Senior Management Team

Paul Breed - Chief Executive

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 1988. Responsible for the strategic and business management of the Foundation and for the co-ordination of all service & programme delivery.

Kath Healion - Operations Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 1987. Responsible for all areas of operational management in relation to the Foundation's three Sports and Leisure Centres. Responsible for the development of operational policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Employment and Safeguarding policies.

Wendy Jackson - Community Development Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 1990. Responsible for all areas of Community Development across the Foundation including facility and community outreach based sports coaching and performing arts tuition programmes.

Andy Adkins - Commercial Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 1998. Responsible for the management of all commercial services across the Foundation, including bars, catering, vending and functions. Also responsible for the management of the Foundation's commercial products and events.

Elaine Sheehan - Finance Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation in September 2007. Responsible for the management of corporate finances and for a team of accounts staff and the 'Lifestyles' Membership administrator.

Aman Surey - Marketing and Communications Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 2004. Responsible for marketing the facilities, activities and promotions offered across the Foundation's three Sports and Leisure Centres. Also, responsible for producing the marketing strategy and managing the online and offline media channels.

Lucy Wood - Personal Assistant to Chief Executive

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 2007. Responsible for organising and coordinating all aspects of strategic and business management of the Foundation. Making representation on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and managing the associated office and administrative requirements.

Fee Smith - Centre Manager (Centre AT7)

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 1987. Responsible to the Operations Manager for all areas of facility based management at Centre AT7 including staffing, programming, bookings and service delivery .

Martin Neale- Centre Manager (Xcel Leisure Centre)

Responsible to the Operations Manager for all areas of facility based management at The Xcel Leisure Centre including staffing, programming, bookings and service delivery.

Craig Hugill - Centre Manager (The Alan Higgs Centre)

Responsible to the Operations Manager for all areas of facility based management at The Alan Higgs Centre including staffing, programming, bookings and service delivery.

Raffaella Tentindo – Environmental Projects Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation since 2003 and then jointly employed with the Living Environment Trust as from 2007 Responsible for the management of environmental processes and projects across the three sites managed by Coventry Sports Foundation along with contract work for other organisations and agencies.

Angela Barron – 'Lifestyles' Manager

Employed with Coventry Sports Foundation in February 2012. Responsible for managing all aspects of the ‘Lifestyles’ health and fitness programme across the Foundation’s three Sports and Leisure Centres.
