NaRS Pool Lifeguard Course

5-day intensive course at the Xcel Leisure Centre. Structured, practical and thoery based sessions.

 

NaRS Pool Lifeguard, is designed to train lifeguards in pool rescue, CPR techniques, first aid and to be competent to deal with poolside emergencies.

Course cost:

£180.00 (or £120.00 with concessions)

Full balance must be paid upon booking

 

  • The candidate must be 16 years of age or older;
  • Be able to swim 100 metres on their front and 100 metres on their back;
  • Be able to swim 50 metres in 1 minute;
  • Be able to surface dive and recover an object from the deepest part of the pool.

Want to gain an international recognised qualification?

NaRS Pool Lifeguard, is designed to train lifeguards in pool rescue, CPR techniques, first aid and to be competent to deal with poolside emergencies.

Course cost:

Only £40 per candidate

 

  • The candidate must be 16 years of age or older;
  • Be able to swim 100 metres on their front and 100 metres on their back;
  • Be able to surface dive and recover an object from the deepest part of the pool.

UK Level 2 Food Hygiene Award

The Course is a must for all those involved in food handling who need to meet the legal requirements, and gives students a basic awareness of good hygiene, and safety issues, with reference to preparing, cooking, and handling food.

 

The Course lasts 6 hours with an online assessment at the end.

 

On successful completion of the Course, candidates will be awarded a Uk Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
