Each Centre has its own individual Cafe Bar catering for your food and drink requirements during the day and early evening, with the emphasis being on providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere enabling you to socialise after you have worked out or participated in your favourite sport. The bars are fully equipped with the latest audio visual technology providing the ideal environment for watching 'live' sporting events. 'The Gallery' at The Alan Higgs Centre is also equipped with a 12 metre square screen for watching the big events in a big way.

All the Cafe Bars offer a selection of foods ranging from a healthy 'Lifestyles' menu, breakfasts, main courses, through to a special children's menu. 'The Gallery' restaurant at The Alan Higgs Centre is open every Sunday from 12noon to 3pm, serving a full Carvery menu, however booking for this is essential due to its popularity.
