‘Lifestyles Health Clubs' offers corporate memberships to individuals of any company. The comprehensive package provides unlimited access to:

3 locations City wide
200+ state of the art fitness stations
100+ innovative classes per week
Modern swimming pool
Relaxing health suites (sauna, steam and spa)

The City wide locations have proven beneficial for current members by offering more flexibility for those who travel around Coventry. Our centres are open from 6.30am during weekdays for those who prefer to workout in the morning on the way to work and during lunchtimes. The centres are also open on weekends for a workout closer to home.

Whilst the scheme does not incur any additional cost to the company, the individuals will receive a ‘corporate discount’ on each individuals membership. Although, some of our current corporate partners have taken out a ‘Lifestyles’ membership for their employees and offered it as an additional employee benefit.

The above times, prices and activities are valid from 1st April 2013 and are subject to seasonal change

Based on individuals joining from the same company or organisation. Full access to all three Centres, with use of facilities at any time according to programming. Corporate membership is available for:

Small, medium or large companies
Sports clubs
Associations and groups

If your company or organisation is already a corporate member, then any additional individuals that are added to the scheme pay either the £29 or £33 per month rate (see above). If on the £33 per month rate, then as soon as 10 or more individuals are on board their monthly payments will all automatically be reduced to the £29 rate.

Health and Fitness Screening

The ‘Lifestyles’ health and fitness screening package offers employees of your company a range of basic assessments including:

Height
Weight
Body composition
Blood pressure
Aerobic capacity
Strength
Flexibility

Personal and confidential reports are produced for each employee, along with a ‘mini consultation’ to discuss results and recommendations if required.

Furthermore, the benefits of ‘Lifestyles’ health and fitness screening include:

As a one off/drop in session/monthly or annually every programme is tailored to meet your requirements and offers a bespoke programme
Flexibility in environments and privacy - the assessments can be undertaken in one of our consultation rooms at our
Centres or in a spare office/room within the company
No previous level of fitness required - all tests are submaximal
Personalised reports/recommendations
Complementary short-term ‘Lifestyles’ corporate membership for every employee who undertakes an assessment, please see page 10 for more information
All tests can be undertaken in work clothes
Complete confidentiality

Exercise in the Workplace

To complement the services of the health and fitness screening team, our ‘Lifestyles’ group exercise instructors can deliver lunchtime/after work sessions in your premises.

We offer a range of high and low intensity classes, which are suitable for all fitness levels, these include:

Relaxation

The ‘Lifestyles’ team visit your premises on regular basis and a fully qualified member of the ‘Lifestyles’ team offers advice and reports for employees, which include:
