We pride ourselves with having a first rate group exercise timetable which offers over 25 varieties of classes.

 

There really is something for everyone, whatever your age and fitness level.

 

Our timetables are updated regularly and we are at the forefront of fitness by launching the most up to date exercise classes such as Flexi-Bar, Pole Fitness and Zumba.
