We pride ourselves with having a first rate group exercise timetable which offers over 25 varieties of classes.

 

There really is something for everyone, whatever your age and fitness level.

 

Our timetables are updated regularly and we are at the forefront of fitness by launching the most up to date exercise classes such as Flexi-Bar, Pole Fitness and Zumba.

    The Public Swim session on Friday 24 February has been cancelled. Apologies for any incovenience caused.

    Membership Cards

    All Centres

     

    Please remember to always bring your membership card along with you when using our facilities. If membership cards are forgotten or lost, members will need to pay for entry or purchase a new card.
