A gentle aerobics based session in the swimming pool (Xcel Leisure Centre only) using the water as a steady resistance.

Gently Does It

Gently Does It

A gentle form of exercise to revitalise your body through exercise.

Pilates

Pilates

Promote inner-stability, mobility and posture through various stress relieving exercises.

A combination of Pilates and Fit-Ball Balance promoting inner-stability, mobility and posture. Concentrating on toning core muscles using Pilates exercises on the fit balls and on the floor.

Stretch & Tone

A combination of gentle toning and stretching exercises, concetrating on core muscles and improving flexibility.

Tai Chi

A low impact aerobic exercise suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. The class will involve learning a sequence of movements that when practiced regularly, will help improve your posture, focus and balance, as well as help you relax your body and mind.

This bar gives you an overall body conditioning workout. It uses vibration training to work the deep core muscles and improve overall general fitness.

power pilates

Pilates - Intermediate

A Pilates class for people who want to move onto the next level of pilates. Using a series of strength and mobility exercises you will gain a stronger back, inner stability and a flatter stomach. You must have attended a minimum of 8-10 pilates classes before attempting this class.
