With tailored wet and dry action packed adventure packages, the Foundation offers more than just a fun day out for your team...!

Adventure Management packages are designed to bring teams of people together in an alternative training environment, using a series of challenges that have been specifically tailored to explore and develop a range of identified attributes and skills. From management teams to newly formed departments, the Adventure Management packages ‘level’ the workplace hierarchies, giving all participants an opportunity to discover and demonstrate new found skills, attributes and confidence.

Packages are ideal for team events, such as:

Breaking the ice for new teams / groups
Building team cohesion and inter-dependence
Motivating individuals and inspiring teams
Providing recognition and rewards

Drawing upon the outdoor facilities that the Foundation manages at both Centre AT7 and venues such as Lake Bosworth, the challenges are inclusively designed to suit the levels of fitness, experience and abilities of the group. The most successful teams will inevitably contain an appropriate blend of participants that have one or more of the following skills / attributes:

Leadership
Ability to develop strategy
Communication
Ability to motivate
Problem solving
Ability to work within a team
Physical agility

Our Adventure Management team will discuss your objectives and then design a tailored event programme drawn from a range of two day, full day and half day activities and options. Event management and delivery includes qualified instruction, equipment, transport, hospitality, catering.....and team prizes!

The Challenges

The Adventure Management team have devised and refined an extensive selection of challenges that can be drawn upon to create a programme that meets the specific objectives of your event. The challenges include:

Quick Get Away (Chase the Flag) -involves various challenges & problem solving activities such as Archery, Crate Staking, Abseiling, etc. Teams obtain flags which accumulate into time bonus’ for the end challenge.
Workplace Breakout - Teams Orienteer there way around the course to collect as many crystals as possible. These crystals give are for valuable ‘Web Time’. The winners are the team who successfully pass the most members of its team through the Spiders Web.
Island Escape - Build your own raft to escape the deserted island using only wood, rope, a few empty barrels and a plastic sheet. This Challenge uses Teamwork, Problem Solving skills and Mental agility to succeed.
High N Dry - Overcome your fears by taking part in challenging activities such as Abseiling, Climbing and or High Ropes Course. Use your inner strength to become that person itching to get out.
