Priority Card  
The Priority Card scheme offers local residents discounted rates on many activities at Coventry Sports Foundation’s facilities. Provided you live within the qualifying districts (see below), you are entitled to join the scheme. Priority Cards are valid at Centre AT7, The Alan Higgs Centre and The Midland Sports Centre.

Priority Cards cost £12 per year, or £6 per year for under 16’s.

You can also use your Priority Card to get ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness membership for only £20 off-peak, or £24 peak per month, instead of the usual £31 off-peak, or £35 peak per month.

To apply for an Priority Card come down to any of our Centre (click on ‘Contact Us’ page) and fill out a application form and bring along a passport-sized photograph and proof of your address and signature.

Conditions of Purchase
1.The applicant must reside within the defined catchment area.
2. Two forms of identification are required at the time of purchase.
A. Proof of address e.g. Gas/Electricity bill
B. Proof of signature e.g. Library Card, Credit Card
3. A passport-sized photograph is required for processing the card.
4. Individual cards are required for under 16’s.
 
Conditions of Use
1. In order to obtain the reduced rate, the card holder must present his/her card on every visit
2. The card only applies to the named holder.
3. Card holders are expected to abide by independant conditions associated with facility usage.
4. An adult card must not be used to gain reduced rate on Children’s Parties or Facility hire.
 
Card Expiry
1. The Priority Card expires exactly one year from the issue date. A new application form must be completed when renewing your card.
2. Priority Cards remain the property of Coventry Sports Foundation and should be surrendered to them if the holder moves out of the catchment area, or is deemed by Coventry Sports Foundation to have been abusing the privileges of the card.
