‘Lifestyles’ Offers and Promotions
General
- One-Day Free Pass, Membership Pass, One-Month Free, Rest of the Month Free, No Joining Fee, Refer a Friend and Get One-Month Free, Rejoin for Free and the Reward Card are exclusive offers and promotions offered by ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness at Coventry Sports Foundation.
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness reserves the right to withdraw any of the offers at any time without notice.
The offers are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness is not liable for the reproduction of an offer stated in these terms and where such
reproduction mis-states or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the offer. In addition
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness is not liable for indirect access to ‘Lifestyles’ offers via third party websites or otherwise.
- The offers and promotions are only open to Eligible Persons. An Eligible Person is an individual who is aged 18 years or over and a UK resident.
- Coventry Sports Foundation reserves the right to clarify the identification of Eligible Persons.
- By applying for an offer, Eligible Persons confirm that they accept the relevant terms and conditions associated with the offer.

Membership Passes
One-Day Free Pass
- The One-Day Free Pass entitles the Eligible Person complimentary one-day access to a Fitness Suite session,
Exercise Class (excluding Specialist Classes), public Swimming Pool* session and Health Suite** session.
- Use of the One-Day Free Pass is subject to the expiry date as stated on the printed pass.
- To redeem the Free Pass, present upon arrival at either Centre AT7, Xcel Leisure Centre or The Alan Higgs Centre.
- The One-Day Free Pass can only be used at one Centre.
- The One-Day Free Pass is available for non-members only.
- One-Day Free Pass is limited to 2 (two) passes per household for a 6-month period. If this allocation is exceeded we have the right to refuse entry.
- Coventry Sports Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, if the Foundation suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise, within reasonable discretion.
- The One-Day Free Pass is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Membership Pass
- The Membership Pass entitles the Eligible Person unlimited access to the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness facilities at Centre AT7, Xcel Leisure Centre or The Alan Higgs Centre as per a full paying member.
- The duration of the Membership is limited to the period as stated on the pass.
- To redeem the Membership Pass please present it upon arrival at either Centre AT7, Xcel Leisure Centre or The Alan Higgs Centre. The Eligible Person will then be issued with a ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness membership card, which must be presented at reception upon each visit.
- The Membership Pass is available for non-members only.
- Coventry Sports Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, if the Foundation suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise.
- The Membership Pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non- Member Offers
One-Month Free
- This offer is available to new members only, who join any of the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness membership packages.
- The new member is entitled to the free month after the completion of the minimum 6 (six) months membership period.
- New members must pay the joining fee and for the rest of the month upon joining.
- Minimum commitment period is 6 (six) months.
- This offer is valid during the advertised period only.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
- These terms and conditions apply in relation to this offer only and supplement the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness
membership Terms & Conditions that apply to the membership package on which the new member joins.
Rest of the Month Free
- This offer is available to new members only, who join any of the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness membership packages.
- The new member will not be charged for the rest of the month’s membership subscription.
- New members must pay the joining fee and for the rest of the month upon joining.
- Minimum commitment period is 6 (six) months.
- This offer is valid during the advertised period only.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
- These terms and conditions apply in relation to this offer only and supplement the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness
membership Terms & Conditions that apply to the membership package on which the new member joins.
No Joining Fee
- This offer is available to new members only, who join any of the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness membership packages.
- The offer entitles the new member to join ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness and pay no joining fee.
- New members must pay for the rest of the month upon joining, by cash or credit card.
- Each person on Couples Membership is entitled to no joining fee.
- Minimum commitment period is 6 (six) months.
- This offer is valid during the advertised period only.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Members Offers
Refer a Friend and Receive a £20 Love2Shop Voucher
- This offer is restricted to members who refer a Friend, who then joins ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness for a minimum of 6 (six) months membership.
- Referring members must ensure that their Friends have provided consent to be referred. If requested, Coventry Sports Foundation will inform the Friend who referred them.
- Referring members do not qualify for this offer if their Friend has already been referred by another member.
- A member who refers a Friend will receive their £20 Love2Shop voucher once their referred friend has completed their 3 months of the 6 months minimum term. In the event that the qualifying member makes more than one referral, then they will receive multiple £20 Love2Shop vouchers in line with the number of referrals made in the offer period.
- Friends must ensure that the referring members name is provided to the ‘Lifestyles’ Agent and recorded on the membership form for this offer to be valid.
- This offer is only valid if a referring member is fully up to date with membership direct debit payments.
- This offer is personal to the referring member and cannot be transferred or exchanged in part or full for cash or any other alternative.
- During this promotion members are entitled to pay no joining fee.
- New members must pay for the rest of the month upon joining, by cash or credit card.
- Minimum commitment period is 6 (six) months.

Refer a Friend and Get One-Month Free
- This offer is restricted to members who refer a Friend, who then joins ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness for a minimum of 6 (six) months membership.
- Referring members must ensure that their Friends have provided consent to be referred. If requested, Coventry Sports Foundation will inform the Friend who referred them.
- Referring members do not qualify for this offer if their Friend has already been referred by another member.
- A member who refers a Friend will not be charged for their membership subscription when their referred friend has completed their 6 months minimum term. The member will then receive a free month which will occur 7 months after their referred friend joined. In the event that the qualifying member makes more than one referral, then they will not be charged for subsequent months subscriptions in line with the number of referrals made in the offer period.
- Friends must ensure that the referring members name is provided to the ‘Lifestyles’ Agent and recorded on the
Membership form for this offer to be valid.
- This offer is only valid if a referring member is fully up to date with membership direct debit payments.

- Referring members must ensure that their Friends have provided consent to be referred. If requested, Coventry Sports Foundation will inform the Friend who referred them.
- Referring members do not qualify for this offer if their Friend has already been referred by another member.
- A member who refers a Friend will receive their £10 Love2Shop voucher once their referred friend has completed their 3 months of the 6 months minimum term. The Friend who has been referred will receive their £10 Love2Shop voucher once they have completed 3 months of the 6 months minimum term
- Referring member must provide their and their friends address on the voucher as the vouchers will be sent to the addresses provided
- This offer is only valid if a referring member is fully up to date with membership direct debit payments.

Pay As You Go
Pay As You Go (PAYG) Reward Card
- This offer is available for non-members only, who pay per session for the use of the ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness facilities.
- The Reward Card must be presented upon each visit and must be stamped, signed and dated by a member of
reception staff to validate each visit.
- The Reward Card Scheme is available for Fitness Suite, Group Exercise and Health Suite sessions only. Swimming sessions are not included.
- Reward Cards are only valid for one month from the date of the first stamp.
- Any incomplete cards will be kept by reception after the one-month period and the non-member will be issued with a new card.
- The Reward Card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Coventry Sports Foundation will not accept responsibility for any lost/stolen cards and are unable to personally
monitor/identify usage.
- Coventry Sports Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, if the Foundation suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- ‘Lifestyles’ Health & Fitness reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice, however exisiting card expiry date will be honoured.
